Denitrification flue steel structure

Typically fabricated from carbon steel and other materials, it comprises an inlet flue and an outlet flue. The inlet flue extends from the expansion joint at the economizer outlet at the boiler’s rear to the inlet of the denitrification reactor, while the outlet flue conveys the flue gas treated by the denitrification reactor to downstream equipment or the chimney.

  • Product Description
  • █ Application Areas

Power industry: Widely applied in coal-fired and gas-fired power plants to treat the large volumes of flue gas containing nitrogen oxides generated during boiler combustion, ensuring that emissions comply with regulatory standards.

Steel Industry: Applicable to the treatment of nitrogen oxide‑containing flue gases generated in sintering, blast furnace, and converter processes.

Cement Industry: It can be used to treat nitrogen oxides in cement kiln flue gases, helping cement enterprises meet environmental protection requirements.

Other industries: In sectors such as glass manufacturing, chemical processing, ceramics, brick and tile production, and waste‑to‑energy incineration, denitrification flues are a critical component of the denitrification system for treating nitrogen oxide‑containing exhaust gases generated during production.
