Structure principle and application scenarios of denitrification flue

The design principle of denitrification flue gas ducts is mainly based on providing good conditions for denitrification reactions. Through reasonable flue gas duct structure design, the flue gas can flow through the denitrification device at a suitable flow rate and evenly, ensuring that the denitrifying agent and flue gas are fully contacted and mixed, thereby improving the denitrification efficiency.
The denitrification flue is a passageway used to transport flue gas in the denitrification process. Below is a relevant introduction and application:
Structure and Principle
Structure: Denitrification flues are usually composed of pipes of different materials, including horizontal and vertical flues. In order to achieve uniform flue gas flow and optimize denitrification effects, some special structures are also set up, such as mixers in vertical flues. The mixer contains multiple sets of first-row and second-row smoke outlets arranged alternately in the horizontal direction. Each smoke outlet has multiple spaced smoke outlets. The direction of the smoke outlets has a specific inclination angle, allowing the flue gas to be evenly mixed in the flue 2.
Principle: The design principle of the denitrification flue is mainly based on providing good conditions for the denitrification reaction. Through reasonable flue structure design, the flue gas can flow through the denitrification device at a suitable flow rate and uniformly, ensuring that the denitrifying agent and flue gas are fully contacted and mixed, thereby improving the denitrification efficiency. For example, in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification process, the flue gas from the economizer is introduced into the SCR denitrification device. During the flow of flue gas in the flue, it reacts with the injected ammonia under the action of the catalyst to reduce nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water.
Application Scenarios
Thermal power plants: One of the main applications of denitrification flues. Thermal power plants burn a large amount of coal to produce flue gas containing nitrogen oxides. The denitrification flue transports the flue gas to the denitrification device for treatment to meet environmental emission standards. For example, large coal-fired power plants generally use SCR denitrification devices, and the denitrification flue introduces flue gas from the economizer outlet into the SCR device. After denitrification treatment, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney.
Steel plants: In the steel production process, equipment such as coke ovens and sintering machines will produce waste gas containing nitrogen oxides. The denitrification flue is used to transport these waste gases to the denitrification equipment for treatment to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and protect the environment. For example, Handan Iron and Steel Group Handan Bao Chemical Plant uses the SDA (semi-dry desulfurization) + SCR denitrification process route, and the denitrification flue plays an important role in connecting various processing links and transporting flue gas.
Cement plants: Kilns in the cement production process will emit a large amount of flue gas containing nitrogen oxides. The denitrification flue transports these flue gases to the denitrification system, and the denitrification process reduces nitrogen oxide emissions to meet environmental requirements.
